The light at the end of the tunnel

Well, I think the end is near! It's looking good and Matt has to be exhausted.

Afterwards, he compacted the pavers down into the sand and gravel.
These are the stairs that come down from the back deck. It's a pretty slow process, Matt can only add one step a day as the glue needs a whole day to set. The pillar is finished though, won't a cute flower pot look nice there?

We got this gazebo to provide some much needed shade.

Eventually, when he is done with the stairs, Matt will put a finer layer of sand down and compact it all again. The last step should be sealing it all.
